Kunshan Dongwei has over 150 authorized patents.

Since 2019, we have entrusted Sanju Sunshine to conduct a comprehensive infringement analysis on the electroplating production line equipment of Kunshan Kobe, Guangdong Success, Taiwan Jingming and other companies.

Identify the infringing products of the competitors and the several patents of Dongwei that the rivals are suspected of infringing.

Initiated multiple lawsuits against competitors

Subsequently, they entrusted us to apply for nearly 10 patents and initiated multiple patent lawsuits against the aforementioned competitors in Suzhou, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

The judgment determined that Jingming and Kobe infringed upon Dongwei's patent rights, ordering them to cease infringement and compensate for losses. Jingming and Kobe launched multiple rounds of invalidation against Dongwei's patent, but we successfully defended the core patent.

Guangdong Success proactively reached a settlement with Dongwei and signed a patent licensing agreement.
